The chicken and waffles from Firehouse Chefs are exceptional, especially with their chipotle syrup, which is incredibly flavorful. Today marked their first visit to my office building, prompting me to explore their menu online. I ordered the Carne Asada salad, and it exceeded my expectations with a generous portion, tender meat, and a refreshing mix of ingredients, making it a perfect meal for a warm L.A. summer day.
