Since 11/11/2014, I've been enjoying the handcrafted tortillas here - they're fluffy, flavorful, and just the right size. The chicken and al pastor are delicious, but I'd skip the horchata as it lacks the traditional spices. Overall, the food is worth trying, especially the steak quesadillas, alambres, mulitas, and burritos - all served with a smile by the friendly owner and staff at Tacos Don Hugo.
