After a grueling 6+ hour flight from Toronto, my partner and I devoured the Amboy's fancy classic and slim thicc burgers, and I swear the juicy, medium-cooked patties with that mysterious, addictive white sauce had me wishing the experience would never end. Every bite delivered steakhouse-quality meat nestled between crispy buns, complemented by caramelized onions and perfectly seasoned sauces that left me utterly satisfied and eager to return for more.
