Studying abroad in Tokyo, I found this ramen restaurant's flavors and handmade noodles wonderfully reminiscent of those authentic experiences, especially the richly flavorful Tonkotsu Shoyu and spicy Tonkotsu bowls that strike the perfect balance of heat without overwhelming. Though the space is cozy with limited seating and a single server, the service is attentive-my water glass was always promptly refilled, and they thoughtfully accommodated dietary needs with gluten-free options. Whether dining in or taking out, the fresh ingredients, generous portions, and carefully packed orders make this a comforting stop for anyone craving genuine, satisfying ramen.
