The Pho Bo here features incredibly fresh beef and fatty brisket that melt in your mouth, making it one of the best I've had in LA, complemented by a cozy atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. The menu offers bold, flavorful dishes like the shaky shaky beef and pork belly vermicelli, with generous portions and excellent service, though reservations are advised due to the small, popular setting.
