This coffee house attached to the ballet center has a really cozy, homey vibe with cool backstage-themed decor and a spiral staircase leading to extra seating upstairs. Their menu is surprisingly big and affordable, with great options like Island Oasis smoothies, hazelnut lattes, and even hot dogs, plus the staff-mostly young dancers-are super friendly and welcoming. It's a chill spot to grab a tasty coffee or smoothie, and with Starbucks gone nearby, it's become my favorite local alternative, though it can get busy with dance parents during classes.
