After trying every poke joint around, this place still wins me over with fresh fish, creative sauces like lemongrass ponzu and spicy mayo, and surprisingly generous portions-plus, the soba noodle base is a game changer. The staff is speedy and friendly, the order process is a breeze, and their spam musubi and Korean pickles add just the right kick to keep me coming back every other week without fail.
