I had the short-rib mac and cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries from a food truck during a Venice, CA First Friday, and it was outstanding. The sandwich was massive, featuring creamy mac and cheese, melt-in-your-mouth short rib, and fresh bread, while the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy and delicious.
