I first encountered this food truck at my previous workplace four years ago, and I had been hoping to come across it again ever since. Finally, it made an appearance at my new job, and I was thrilled to indulge in their delicious offerings, opting for Sabores de Mexico over the free lunch available. The food, particularly the Huevos Rancheros and guacamole with chips, exceeded my expectations, leaving me eagerly anticipating their next visit.
