It's heartbreaking to hear that Santee Falafel isn't open right now, as it's been my go-to for incredible Mediterranean food whenever I'm in downtown Los Angeles. The owner is genuinely kind, and every meal I've had there has been fantastic, especially the beef kabobs and falafel sandwich. If you're looking for delicious, freshly made dishes that won't break the bank, this family-owned spot is a must-try!
