• We fused a quesadilla with our Tradicional tacos for a unique Taco experience. We make a quesadilla then top it like we do our Tradicional Tacos. The plate comes with 5 Quesatacos
• Shrimp Tacos
• Two flour or corn tortillas, fresh onions, cilantro, sautéed onions, and dallop of guacamole. shrimp is available breaded and fried or grilled.
• Rock Tacos
• Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat meat or mutton, but occasionally from beef or chicken. The dish is often served at celebratory occasions, such as weddings and baptisms, and holidays, such as Christmas and Easter. It is also suggested as a hangover remedy. Preparation techniques vary, but the dish is often served with corn tortillas, onion, and lime. Traditionally, the meat is marinated in adobo spices.

After decades away, stepping back into Paco's Tacos stirred a wave of nostalgia, with the lively crowd and warm, attentive service wrapping around me like an old friend's embrace. The handmade tortillas, the rich cochinita pibil taco, and the refreshing melon margarita created a comforting symphony of flavors, while the eclectic dí©cor and the quiet dance of fish in the aquarium added to the timeless, inviting atmosphere.
