07/20/2023 - Tasty Food , But Terrible Customer Service
This is the only service industry , where an employee takes extra measure to call the reviewer not to address the situation instead, asking not to visit ever again. I am surprised management is still employing such misogynistic individuals.
We placed an order for to-go and we arrived to pick our order. We were early by few mins , the person who addressed us was super rude and let us know that we were early. He wasn’t polite at all. Fast forward few minutes after posting the review , we get the call from the same person asking not to come.
I really hope management looks into this and takes appropriate exam.
If you need to visit a place with good food and respected , this isn’t the one.
