So….we went there from a jog, and we were tired and hungry. We came there and the only option was to order online and pick up. However, they have tables and chairs outside so we sat down where there were shade but we ended up standing because the sun got to us. It was so hot. So we were told our order will be ready at 11:30am so we waited a little and my bf came to ask for our order and the guy said “we’re still wrapping it up” so we waited a bit and he came back to ask again and got a response “we’re still bagging it, give us like 2-3 minutes”. Finally, I went this time and asked the guy and he said, “we made a mistake and we’re prepping it right now.” I’m like dafuq. So later, a customer came by and sounds like she knows the owner or the manager or whatever then she ordered bunch of things and sat where we were sitting earlier. Then, at last, about damn time, our order was ready!!! But wait there’s more…they didnt have bottled water. So I was like “they just opened and theyre already out of bottled water?! Are serious right now?” To my bf. He just shrugged. We’re just “oh well, their food might be good.” As we were unpacking our food, the owner or manager and another crew member went out to prepare an umbrella (u know the big ones for restaurants) to shield the customer who came after us (the one they know). Oh wait they made sure to brought another umbrella to cover everything. I mean we were sitting there and couldnt handle the heat so we stood up to look for a shade and they came in and happened to know someone inside and ordered bigger portion than us, and they were well taken care of?! For all we know they were also the caused why our oder was late they had to prioritized them. Like really?! Arent we a customer as well?! Putting that aside, after that whole fiasco it was time to taste the food. Man, I’m not even kidding, we were so disappointed!!!! It was our first time there we were so looking forward to it, it tasted like something u would get from street food stalls. In my opinion, some of them even taste better. I’d rather go to Chowking or Jollibee and if u want a little fancier or tastier go to Max’s or Wok with Ray. We didnt even finish our food. Since we dont wanna waste them we just took them home so grandma could fixed them and make it better.
