The stuffed cheese sausage blew me away with its bold, savory richness, perfectly complemented by their fiery sandwich that ignites the palate. The ribs, tender and falling off the bone, boast a rub bursting with flavor, while the brisket offers a smoky depth, though occasionally a bit dry depending on the cut. Though the wines lean toward the pricey side and the macaroni lacked punch, the overall smoky symphony and sweet tea's refreshing sweetness made for a satisfying barbecue journey.
