Every time I visit West Covina, I make sure to stop by Don Lencho's for their flavorful menudo, which is packed with meat and authentic taste. The food here, from the cheese omelette to the handmade tortillas and mole, consistently impresses me with its genuine Mexican flavors and fresh ingredients. The friendly, family-run atmosphere combined with dishes like birria, chilaquiles, and their famous micheladas keeps me coming back again and again.

I have been searching for a restaurant that serves delicious menudo every week during my stay in West Covina, and I have finally found it at Don Lencho's. The menudo here is packed with flavor, has plenty of meat, and is absolutely satisfying - I can't wait to return!
