I've eaten two entrees at Kuma Sushi in Atwater Village, and am so very impressed. The Kobe Beef burger was a hell of a deal at $12, with french fries. It's the best burger I ever had, without exaggeration. The sushi is really high quality (a lot better than most restaurants back in NY), but the best part is the different arrangements. They have a lot of flavorful foods that can really liven up your pallet. For spice, I had the Crazy Roll. The coconut shrimp is also something excellent and different you might want to try. 5 stars!
