The pancit bihon guisado at that spot is absolutely my go-to favorite. I get it to go all the time, and my dad does too. The lechon pieces they sprinkle on top are just perfection. I could seriously eat this dish for days on end and never get tired of it. Plus, it's always a hit at parties when I order a big tray of it.
