Jasmine Honey Milk Tea with mini boba at 25% or 50% sweetness is my go-to drink here, and the house fried rice is something you definitely shouldn't miss. The spot is small, so I usually grab takeout, but the staff is super fast and friendly, making the wait totally worth it. Parking can be a challenge because it gets busy, but the delicious banh mi, egg rolls, and great service keep me coming back week after week.
