The beef koobideh kabob was grilled to juicy perfection, accompanied by a fresh salad, yogurt dressing, and flavorful rice that complemented the meal well. Sampling the trio of Mast Khiar, Addas Polo, and Roasted Eggplant Dip offered a nice variety of refreshing and hearty flavors, though some dishes like the tadik and gorme sabzi felt a bit off in freshness. The service was quick, the atmosphere felt relaxed and down to earth, and overall, this experience opened my eyes to authentic Persian flavors with a casual twist.
