Walking into this bakery, I was greeted by a worker who helped me choose from their selection instead of the usual self-serve experience. I ordered a custard cone, Orejas, and a cortadillo for just $3.75, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The tamales, especially the green chili and cheese, blew me away with their flavor and perfect filling-to-masa ratio, making it worth the drive from San Bernardino.

There's a bakery next to a dollar store that serves delicious tamales and pan dulce, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tasted. The customer service is great, and while I've had some inconsistent experiences with the pan dulce, their tamales are truly remarkable, especially the green chile and cheese variety.
