Catfish has always been my favorite, and after a longtime search following the closure of my usual spot, I found Plaza Fish Market, where the seasoning and cooking finally hit the mark-especially once I learned to order it extra crispy for that perfect, satisfying crunch. The staff's friendliness and professionalism add to the experience, making each visit enjoyable, even though they've switched from steak fries to shoestring fries, which I miss a bit. The fresh, flavorful fish combined with prompt service keeps me coming back, and the generous portions mean I often have enough for another meal later.
