A couple of weeks ago, I ordered some bowls and edamame through the Waba Grill app but mixed up their closing time and ended up missing my pickup. After a few missed calls, I figured out it was an employee trying to reach me, and when I called back, the manager was pretty defensive about the whole situation. In the end, I stayed calm, listened to her concerns, and thankfully, she managed to convince the owner to give me my food, including the edamame, which was a nice surprise!

A couple of weeks ago, I placed an online order on the Waba Grill app for 2 bowls and 2 sides of edamame. Due to a misunderstanding of their closing time, I missed picking up my order by a few minutes, causing inconvenience to the employees. Despite a slightly tense conversation with the manager, I remained understanding of the challenges faced by fast food workers and was grateful when she arranged for me to receive the food I had paid for.
