On a Monday night craving pho, I dove into the rare steak pho and a side eggroll, and wow-the small size alone was a feast, with the eggroll perfectly complementing the rich broth. My husband grabbed the combo fried rice, which packed a flavorful punch and generous portion that left us both impressed. Despite a little mix-up with the sauces, the quick turnaround and consistently tasty dishes have me planning my next visit already.
