This morning spot is a favorite for my son and me, bustling with sandwich enthusiasts. The donuts are our go-to choice here, complemented by a friendly staff and a wide selection of delicious sandwiches. The small parking lot can be a hassle at times, but the location has been a frequent stop during my visits to LA, thanks to the caring management and welcoming atmosphere that make each visit a pleasant experience.
