I love stopping by this family-run donut shop for their fresh, soft donuts, delicious sandwiches like the ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and friendly, efficient service that always gets my order ready quickly so I can be on my way, plus their coffee pleasantly surprises me with its taste and price.

I discovered this hidden donut shop recently and was impressed by the quality of their Thai Tea and fresh, chewy boba. The #9 ham, egg & cheese on a bagel was delicious and even came with complimentary jalapeños. The friendly owner and fast service made it a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat before work.
