Came to inquire about a wedding cake on 12/27 and was unable to get any help. It was 20 mins before closing and there were at least 5 people working and everyone was too busy closing so they were unable to help with basic info. Disappointed to see the lack of service from the ladies here. I understand it’s close to closing time but answering a couple questions shouldn’t take up more than a few mins. Will be glad to take my business elsewhere.

the customer service on this shop is bad. they should be taught the real customer service. The other store baker and barista is far different from these staff.
