When I phoned in my order, the bagels were already sliced, packaged, warm, and delicious upon pickup. The staff, including Marvin, Mario, and Sierra, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service, going above and beyond to assist with orders and rewards even during busy times. The fresh bagels, especially the lox and French toast varieties, consistently impress with their quality and flavor, making each visit a satisfying experience.
