Ordered a smoothie and a pretzel here at the Jamba Juice at LAX. The gal that took the order and rang me up had the personality of a wet mop. Then I was waiting for my receipt and I finally said "Can I get my receipt?" She said they were out of the print paper. Good hell, it only takes 2 minutes to replace it! And of course being the airport, they're over priced. $8.50 for a small smoothie.
