While waiting for my flight out of LA, I found this restaurant inside the Roosevelt Hotel and was immediately impressed by the elegant decor and friendly, attentive service. The burgers, especially when customized with toppings like blue cheese and caramelized onions, paired perfectly with their boozy milkshakes and flavorful sides like sweet potato fries and Cajun-spiced tater tots, making for a memorable dining experience I look forward to repeating.
