03/22/2018 - Gerlonda Battles
Placed an order for delivery from Eat24 and when the bbq arrived it was OLD, DRY, AND OVERCOOKED. I complained to Eat24 and they spoke to the restaurant. The declined to refund my money. Eat24's solution was to give me 20% of my next order. I do not accept that and told them so in a phone call today (as I'm placing an order on Caviar for today. Perhaps they don't pawn old food off on customers who shop at the "shack" but do not order anything from them online.
