Katsuya consistently delivers delicious food and attentive service, making each visit enjoyable whether stopping by before a show or celebrating a special occasion. The diverse menu offers standout dishes like crispy brussels sprouts, wagyu gyoza, and various sushi options, all served with impeccable timing and friendly staff who remember returning guests. Although the ambiance can be lively and seating a bit tight, the overall experience, including fresh drinks and unique desserts, makes it a restaurant I look forward to visiting again.
