Umemura offers an authentic taste of traditional Japanese ramen with a variety of unique flavors beyond the usual Tonkotsu, including mapo tofu and spicy ground pork ramen. The friendly, attentive staff and cozy atmosphere create a welcoming dining experience, complemented by excellent sides like gyoza and fried rice.
