Fu Sing, the new restaurant by the same family behind the beloved Tin Sing, serves up the most incredible egg rolls that I've ever tasted. Located in Torrance, the corner of Van Ness and Artesia is now home to the delicious flavors and familiar faces of the Fu Sing kitchen.
