Gathered with friends on a lively Saturday evening, we indulged in generous combos that easily satisfied our hearty appetites, with the charred intestines drenched in that unforgettable sauce converting me into a newfound fan. The banchan offerings were extraordinary, featuring unique sides like beef tartare and tripe, elevating the entire meal beyond typical Korean BBQ fare, while the attentive staff, especially Jenny, ensured every question was met with warmth and expertise. Despite the unassuming exterior and a bit of a wait during peak hours, the modern, clean interior and the flawless coordination among servers made this dining experience truly memorable and one I eagerly anticipate repeating.
