Growing up around Boyle Heights, I've been coming here for over a decade and the shrimp tacos remain my favorite-each taco is packed with plenty of shrimp and lightly battered to perfection. The service is always friendly and fast, though seating can be tight on busy days, so I usually opt for takeout where they thoughtfully pack everything separately to keep the tacos fresh. The flavorful dishes, like the abulon cocktail and fish tacos, keep me coming back despite the cash-only policy and occasional long lines.

Las Brisas is a popular dining spot in Boyle Heights with consistently good food. The shrimp tacos are a standout dish, generously filled with shrimp and priced at around $16 for three tacos. Despite the limited seating and occasional crowdedness, the overall dining experience garners a rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars in my opinion.
