Today, I revisited Cousimano's, a beloved pizza spot from my military days in 1972. The sons of the owner used to deliver their delicious "Cousimanos special pizza" to my Hunt Street home every week, even remembering to bring a birthday pizza with candles. The experience of ordering was a bit challenging, reminiscent of the soup-nazi from TV, but the flavors of the pizza remained as fantastic as ever with the sun-ripened tomatoes. If anyone has information on where the original recipe went or if the second owners started another pizza place after selling Cousimano's, I would appreciate it.
