I stopped by to grab some posole to go on a cold day, and the side of corn tortillas suggested by my wife turned out to be a fantastic idea. The posole was delicious, and the gigantic, chewy handmade tortillas made the meal even better, filling us both up completely. Although we live 30 minutes away, the flavors and friendly service have me already planning a return visit to enjoy a full meal soon.
