El Quiubule has a really welcoming vibe with vibrant decor that reminds me of the movie Coco, and their authentic Mexican food is seriously delicious-especially the torta de chorizo and wet green burrito. The service can be a bit intimidating, mainly because of the cashier's classic mean abuelita attitude, but it somehow adds to the charm and authenticity of the place. They serve fresh, flavorful dishes at great prices, and even though the menu says they're closed on Sundays, they're usually open, which is awesome for weekend cravings.

El Quiubule offers great service with a warm welcome and authentic Mexican menudo. Despite the confusion with their Sunday hours, the colorful interior adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The torta de chorizo is a must-try, and the mean abuelita cashier adds a unique charm to the experience.
