After a long time away, I indulged in my usual Vegetarian Burrito, loaded with hash browns, scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, swapping spinach for cheese and asking for less oil-it was generously sized and satisfying, with a fresh, slightly healthy vibe despite being meatless. The green and red salsas perfectly complemented the burrito; the red packed bold flavor while the green added a spicy kick, though both were thin and delicious. The family-run establishment offers speedy, friendly service in a simple outdoor setting, serving authentic Mexican breakfast fare that keeps me coming back for more.
