I planned my birthday party here because I love afternoon tea and the atmosphere is one of my favorites, especially with the beautiful decorations and live harpist. Although the food was delicious and worth the wait, the service was frustratingly slow, taking four hours from reservation to finish, which made some guests leave early. Next time I'd probably pick somewhere else for a large group, but if you go, definitely tip in cash.
