The food at Polly's Pie is consistently delicious, and the staff, especially Karen, provide friendly and attentive service that makes dining with family enjoyable. While the restrooms could use more attention and the manager could engage more with all customers, the clean facility, tasty pies, and thoughtful touches like birthday coupons create a welcoming experience worth returning to.
