There's nothing like a hot cup of coffee paired with a glazed donut, and I discovered a great spot on my way to the 10 Fwy that also serves Boba. I was impressed by their 4-piece fish special and the spicy chicken sandwich, although the Chinese food could use some work, but the friendly service from Jennifer and Alan made the experience memorable.
