The baked beans here are unlike any I've had before, bursting with flavor that surprised me from the first bite, and the gumbo is exceptional with a smoky andouille that really stands out. Their smoked sausage, Tasso, and other products arrived after some delay due to rebuilding efforts, but the quality made the wait worthwhile, especially when used in dishes like dirty rice. The menu offers a variety of items, from spicy smoked chicken to tender brisket and fresh salads, all served with friendly service that makes the experience enjoyable every time.
