Server was very inexperienced and even a little rude . The manager had to come and take over for her on the table her. The technical difficulties did not seem to be happening on other tables as they were receiving their initial biscuits and their meals plus that she stayed and visited for long periods of time at certain tables complaining to f how hard she was working. I’ve been to this Cracker Barrel many times before with excellent services along with Cracker Barrel’s all around the country that we’re much busier than this one but will not be returning to Alexandria La location. The manager did finish our tables order and delivered our food and continued to be our server he and the food were very good along with his service to resolve our issues. I think the team needs some additional training to maintain what Cracker Barrel reputation has to keep customers coming back.
