Canes offers consistently fresh and hot chicken with the best bread and delicious sweet tea and lemonade. Aaron and his team are friendly, fast, and provide excellent service, even when training new staff. The clean environment and nostalgic decor make every visit enjoyable, and it's always a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.

Raising Cane's is a popular spot for delicious chicken strips and refreshing beverages. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. I always enjoy dining at Raising Cane's whenever I'm in the area.

The time/day of my visit was Sunday July 19th at 11:15 AM.
I did not walk out until 11:35 am. My order consisted of 2 each of the one gallon Sweet Tea. I waited for 20 minutes for Tea which was already made and there was NO CUSTOMERS in this restaurant when I walked in.
The only concerned employee was Jenna (the counter server). Four (4) walk-in’s were served and two (2) drive-thru’s. The manager passed thru the restaurant twice and did not show any concern. On many occasions Jena asked for assistance, from co-worker Danielle (the drive-thru clerk).
Danielle only gave excuses as to why she could not help. I had to question as to if this drive-thru clerk was a new employee because she did not know where the empty gallon jugs were located. I was told that she had been there for over a month and should know where empty jugs were located.
I would like to commend Jenna for her work ethics and good show for Raising Cane’s. The manager and the drive-thru clerk, in my opinion, did not do a good job with customer service.
I do not think I will go back to this location since the management was so poorly executed.
Thank you,
