This review is for the McAlisters in Ruston 1109 North Service Rd E. We were missing several parts of our order. Once I realized this, we called and were told, "Well, we are out of those things." I didn't mind that and asked for a substitution. We parked in one of the pick up order spots and waited. I realized more of the order had been left out, so I called again. They told us it would be a long wait and that "we should probably just leave b/c they were about to close anyway." I also could overhear them mocking me on the phone. Very sad, McAlister's! I really can't think of an excuse that would make any of this OK.
