Went to Cabos this evening. Ordered steak chimichangas, with no cheese please. Order was delivered promptly, but the chimis were full of cheese. Sorry, I do not like cheese. I understand mistakes happen so I was not really upset. I sent it back and asked they just bring me a hamburger. After some time, my burger arrived. The "Well Seasoned Burger" was without a doubt the blandest burger I have ever had. I was quite hungry so I salted it and ate. Disappointed, but still not upset. Then the bill came. Both orders were charged for. Once again, mistakes happen. When I questioned the server about the charge her response surprised me. She said, "her boss said I should be charged, but if I complained he could give a small discount." I pointed out that I had not eaten it, it was not what I ordered and I expected it to be fully removed. I was disappointed that needed to ask for this. After a poor meal, I left with a bad taste from the deceptive dishonest business practices at Cabos. Bad service ruins the best food, and this wasn't the best. This wasn't my first visit here, but it is sure to be my last. The only recommendation I can give for Cabos is go somewhere else.
