The Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (Chicken & Biscuits) in Port Vincent Louisiana (location #10755 at 18320 Cooper Street, Port Vincent/Denham Springs, LA 70726) has the most horrible, mean, loud, rude manager Valencia (in a smarty attitude she told me her name was like the oranges - big whoop, she needs to be sweet like the oranges instead of sour like lemons).
I usually go to various Popeyes several times a week however I always try to avoid this location mainly because of this manager & lately also because its so hot & uncomfortable in there (due to temperature & her attitude).
I tried to ask her why it is not cooler in there like other locations but she just snapped at me that its comfortable to her (although other customers & employees are sweating & complaining).
Valencia should not be a manager or working with the public as she has no social skills, she is alway so rude & dismissive to me & other customers too, she even was yelling & jumping on the employees!
I'm not alone with what I experienced with her & how I feel about this location.
At the end of last year there was another horrible manager (short hair female) who had finally got removed/relocated so we didn't have to deal with her anymore, but now this manager is just as bad or actually worse as at times when I go there the restaurant is out of toilet paper, hand soap & towels, etc.
A few times I couldn't even get my receipts either. When I asked the cashiers & employees about what's going on they said its because Valencia locks up the supplies & threatens them they will be fired if they get anything out of the supply closet.
My family, friends & I have previously called the Popeyes toll-free # 877-767-3937 many times to complain to the corporate office & upper management, including leaving messages for Robert Landry & Joe Gillie who are suppose to be regional/district managers that can do something about her but apparently they don't care that she's such a horrible manager that keeps being mean & rude which is only running off customers!!
**Maybe if more customers call to complain about this Valencia, who is such a mean evil-hearted manager, the upper management might finally fire/remove her!
