I've been there four or five times now. My most recent dining experience there was merely a few hours ago. As always up to this point, I haven't had a bad meal or nor bad service there. Granted I was the first customer there before the after work crowd showed up, my drinks and food was served quickly. With exception to management, the staff appears to be from late teens to mid 20's at best and they are outstanding. I highly recommend giving Santa Fe in Prairieville a try.
