3 meals out of 3 prepared wrong / poorly. 1 steak undercooked, 2nd missing a soft shell crab, 3rd missing lump crab meat and other toppings.
Meal 2 & 3 over spiced with pepper, neither tasted good.

$17 for a soggy mediocre burger? Never Again!! Save yourself a 2 hour wait and buy a $5 Big Macc. Service will undoubtedly be better at McDonalds too.

Horrible Horrible Horrid Service!! I was so excited to try this place out and see what this place has to offer. Once we were seated at our table by the hostess, the wait staff did not say anything to us nor did they bring us water for 26 minutes. Once they took our order, it took them 33 additional minutes to cook our food. So basically we waited for almost an hour from the time we arrived until the time our food was served. And the most disappointing thing about the experience is the bread on the poyboys was soggy. This is what we waited an hour for? This place is overrated, good marketing strategy though. Don’t waste your time!

STAY AWAY, VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
On Saturday April 10th 2021 I made reservations at The Little Big Cup. My girlfriend and I were given a table outside on the lower level of the deck. Within minutes both of us felt something bite us, but we dismissed it as mosquitoes. A few hours after we got home we noticed bites all over our legs and feet, and I had an allergic reaction to the bites. I had a doctor look at the bites on Monday and I was informed that they were indeed chigger bites. The chiggers came up from the tall grass under the deck where our table was at. I called The Little Big Cup and told the manager (Erin Chustz) about the chiggers and that they needed to spray that area so other customers wouldn’t get bitten. My concerns not only fell on deaf ears but I was dismissed and was told that the chiggers on their property under the deck was of no concern to them since the table was outside. This is not only a health issue and a safety violation, but it also shows a lack of concern for future customers that will be seated outside on the deck. Since The Little Big Cup dismissed my safety concerns so easily, I can only imagine the other lack of concerns they have for their customers such as cleanliness in their kitchen. I know one thing for sure; I will never visit The Little Big Cup again. If you are determined to eat at an establishment that has no concern about chiggers jumping off the grass under the deck and biting customers, at least make sure they seat you inside.

Spicy food as in heavily red peppered, lack of beverages to accommodate the spice, overall flavorless food with the only flavor being able to taste was red pepper. Poor service, rude hostess(es) as to: that attempted to reschedule the reservation 30 minutes earlier; and let someone who took liberty to make reservations they have a reservation 1 hour after them (which we were sat with no one in the proximity out on the wrong deck,) took 30 minutes for couchin de lait fries, 1 hour before we were checked on and handed our receipt to be able to pay. I won't be back nor will I ever recommend. This experince is a direct reflection on ownership's and management's quality and perspectives in life.

Was looking for a nice spot to hold social gathering with sister from Virginia. Heard a lot of good things @ “The Little Big Cup” in Arnaudville. Gathering was great; waiter Herman was awesome and his service was greatly appreciated. Would recommend anyone to give it a try/we did.

We were looking for good food at some off the beaten trail place and this place met all of our hopes. To say that the food was awesome does not do it justice. You gotta try it.

Call to pick up orders , they answer the phone and ask you to hold , never coming back. So I hang up and call again busy! Dont want to eat local with these kind of businesses!

The worse food ever! Tasted like the cook put the entire can of pepper in the food. The cheapest cut of pork also, so much fat. Will never go back. Service was skimpy.

Awesome service and food! What a wonderful place- I can guarantee that there is no place like this in Louisiana- the attention to detail with the decor is mind-blowing! The employees are so nice and the owners are amazing- they took time to visit and get to know their customers!
Now on to the food- WOW- I never expected I would eat one of the best meals of my life in Arnaudville! I had the CRAB CAKES and they were outstanding, The Gumbo was delicious as well and for dessert you have to try the Cream Cheese Bread Pudding- to die for!
